Almost Gone

Good morning readers! Apologies that I haven’t been updating as I am too lazy to get myself “in the mood” to type an entry. I am not sure how long this entry would be but yup I am updating it! It’s almost three months since the “aku terima nikahnya..” and things have been pretty awesome. Been receiving a lot of love from both families and from the one and only husband!

The purpose of this entry is to show y’all the wedding photos!! HEHE! We finally made time to get our asses down to Bedok to collect the album and the dvds. I have downloaded some of the photos to my phone and I will be sharing some of it here shortly!

Next update will be about our bto and I am not sure when that will be. =.=  Meanwhile, enjoy them photos that were beautifully captured by the Diziq Vidz Motion Picture team!

I actually felt that day while browsing through the photos. The power of photos and memories!

Esa Wedding Gallery

Blogging by phone..

Let’s end the last week of October as smoothly as possible and greet November warmly (cos it’s my birthday month)! No matter how old I get, I will get excited when November comes, even if I do not celebrate my birthday.

I am excited to share my experience with you guys about my journey while I was at Esa Wedding Gallery yesterday to choose the photos which we have seasoned the dress and shirt nicely with our natural oil and sweat? during our photo shoot. Haha! K diam.

We went in by bike and went straight in to Esa (da pro cos da biase ulang alek). Our appointment was at 2pm and we reached their place 20 mins earlier. My hubs decided to get some snacks before we start with what seemed the easiest thing that can be settled in a few hours or so.

We stood in front of the glass door and we saw the rest and as usual, we were greeted warmly. We sat at the super comfy sofa as the rest of the tables were taken. There were 4 couples including us, 2 of them for selection of photos I think and the other one couple were there to choose their outfits. We sat patiently while I was busy trying to get the wifi password to get connected to the world. Caca gave me the password and the manager, I think his name Li On placed the book which consists of our photos to our table! Excited gila please!!

We opened it and looked through the photos; memories of how the photos were taken came back to my mind! We laughed and I think I was the noisiest amongst all as the other lady kept looking at me. Smile aje laa eh?  I am very noisy when I get excited actually. =.=

There were a total of 171 photos taken with different story lines. They told us to choose which are the ones that we wanted to keep and that was when we knew that we wanted to keep all of it! Everything looked so pretty!!! Plus it wasn’t edited yet! Kalau belum edit da lawa gitu, ape lagi eh kalau da edit and put in album! We had a rough time trying to choose and hubs gave the idea of picking out the ones we didn’t want first. We managed to remove 6 photos which we didn’t look good in, mainly was caused by the sun which was directly sunning at our faces which made it looked like as though we trying hard to push the shit out of our system. Well maybe that’s how I think I looked when I am trying to do the number 2.

On the other note, for those who engaged them, please be prepared to top up cash for more photos. What they have sold you to is definitely NOT enough. Trust me.

My package consists of 1 large frame, 1 10 inch frame, 5 poses of 4r, 21 poses for album, free VIP member card and I can’t remember what the rest was. =.= We changed the 5 poses of 4r photo to a 8 inch photo frame to present it  to my mother-in-law as she have a collection of family photos at home. My mother would prefer a soft copy rather than having to bring all those photos to work. We changed the large frame to another larger frame (cos we loved that more like that)

We had 3 persons excluding the both of us to assist us to choose photos to be removed out from the album;

Total pictures: 171
Not so good looking pictures removed: 6
Balance: 165
Pictures that can fit in the album: 120
Additional pictures to remove:  45 (which we had a terrible time choosing which pictures we wanted to get rid off. These are the same pictures which needed 3 persons to assist us in choosing the pictures)
Balance pictures which we can no longer decide which ones to remove from the album: 15

We had that 15 pictures to slot it in the album and it’s giving everyone a headache. We told them to help us just put the pictures in the album even if it’s gonna be slightly cramped. Our photographer helped us by talking to his Manager (Li On) and we managed to get a solution to that terrible problem. We will be getting the raw and softcopy of the pictures! *beams*

I can tell you that apart from catering, this post wedding photo shoot is the most expensive thing that we are spending on and I know that it’s gonna be worth it and it’ll be the last time we are spending this much! HAHA!

Sneak peek of some of the photos..

Wedding Itinerary

Hey girls!! I see a number of you having minor/major troubles about an itinerary. I am happy to share with you my wedding itinerary which i have prepared by myself. Please do pass this itinerary to your Mak Andam, Photographer, Videographer, Bridesmaids, Maid of Honor (if you have one), Groom (for him to pass it to his Best man), one or two of your family member(s).

Hope this helps girls! 😀

Part Two

How have your Monday been so far dear readers? I would like to apologize that i am no longer active in blogging as there isn’t much wedding related stuffs to share about as i am now married to the man of my dreams. I would be happy to share my opinions as and when i get the chance to read your blogs and share my thoughts or possibilities too!

Anyways, i totally forgot that i have the last post wedding photo shoot with Esa Wedding last Sunday. I thought we were done with it till my mother-in-law asked me how we were gonna get our asses there in the morning. That happened last Tuesday or Wednesday if i’m not wrong. Called Esa Wedding and asked them what time is the earliest that we can come for photo shoot and the lady told me that she will check with Sally (my make up artist) and call me back once she has further information. The only reason that i wanted it to be early was that we wouldn’t be too tired to get our asses out of bed for work the next day (which is today).

The lady returned my call an hour later and she told me that the earliest time that we could come was at 8.30am (at that point of time I was only prepared for a 9.30am or 10am appointment as their first appointment is at 11am) I went silent when she said it was at 8.30am though. I told her that I needed to check with my husband before confirming and she told me that it was best that I confirm so that she could make the necessary arrangements, she also highlighted to me that it has been raining from 1pm to 5pm or so for the past few weeks. Once I was off the phone, I immediately text the husband and told him what I was told and he said we should go for it. We shall get it done once and for all. Feeling-feeling kahwin also da gone k. Hahaha!

Since the timing was confirmed, I informed my mother-in-law about it. We slept our Saturday night if I recalled correctly. I can’t keep track of the days whenever I am with him. It is always occupied with something. Plus we no longer see the need to come home late now. (if you know what I mean :p) woke up at 6.30am on Sunday morning and get ourselves dressed. Ayah drove us down to JB and got roti canai for breakfast at B.Point. Drove down to Esa Wedding and we saw our make up artist (Sally) and photographer (Dave) who reached earlier than us by a minute! Haha!

They greeted us with a big wide smile and a happy good morning. We bid good bye to Ayah and he drove off. We went in the shop and got ourselves comfortable in the make up room since we kinda had the “whole” shop to ourselves. Sally started with me first and husband was busy minding his own business. The make up process took almost 2 hours if I’m not wrong. Once I was ready, we made payment for the ampoules and bid goodbye to Sally and the rest. The reason as to why Sally isn’t following is that she has another customer that she has to beautify and had another lady arranged for me since mine was a last minute appointment due to the rain and we wanted Dave to be our photographer. I wanted Sally to my make up artist too but she was already booked and yesterday was the earliest that the both of them could slot us in. So we were going to the place with Dave and another lady to assist Dave and us.

Headed off to the place and I was awed by the place. There was a lot of pros when we came for a super early appointment. The weather was good, in a way it was cooling with the sun playing hide and seek with us. It was windy like a cool breeze. There weren’t much humans and it’s like as though we owned the place. Started with the shoot and I can tell you we were energetic as compared to the last two day shoot at Desaru and indoor shoot. We were so lethargic back then. If only we knew, we would have taken a month later for the shoot! HAHA! Sudah! Kalau sudah sampai sebulan, puas hati tak payah aje. Sape mau gi layan bro?

We were busy posing when we saw two cars parked behind ours. There were two more couples who will be “joining” us! Both couples weren’t related one was a malay couple and the other a Chinese one from different outdoor photography company! I think I had the best wedding dress on! Since there were tourist and she happily took photo of me and hubby! =.= chey step mana nye popular je aku.

We went to two other places, one was near that area and the other one was slightly further up I think? That place was so quiet and it was such a nice place to relax at! I think it was the best photo shoot ever laa, with such great weather and company! I really felt like taking a lot of “candid” poses photos as I felt so playful! I went out of character a few times and my husband never fail to tease me when I had to see him while posing.

Ok pose pose bla bla.. Dave drove us back to Esa wedding to get a change of clothes. We went back and there were 3 other customers being attended to different consultants. We came back with a smile as I was busy asking for Subway from Dave and Elena if that was her name. So they were teasing me with Subway all the way back. I walked straight to the make up feeling excited and hoping to meet Sally and to share with her how much fun I had there. Went in and YAY! She was there dolling up the other bride. Apparently my husband sort of knew the groom, they were school mates. As they were busy talking me and Sally talked. Sally looked super busy man like running here and there, trying to get things done.

Like I said, I was being playful so I couldn’t stop taking selfies of myself, me and hubs, me and sally and not forgetting the group selfie of the people who made it happen! We made an appointment two weeks later to select pictures!! Get ready eh wallet!

We will be heading down to Esa on the 26th this month! Can’t wait to meet the team and choose our frames and photos!! I know it’s gonna look so awesome! Mau letak gopro kat atas table and time lapse to see see our expressions!

Till the next update! Next update with the post wed photos!!! Actually I do not look forward to the actual wedding day photos! =.=

Blog is left to rot as I don’t have any updates in particular to update. There’s nothing much that happened lately. Nothing much publicly, others are too personal for me to blog about. Nak kene jaga aib and maruah suami and also mine. Heh~

Been busy shopping and pampering ourselves with extreme good food. One of the latest update will be from DiziqVidz Motion Pictures, abg imran told us that our photos are ready for collection but he needs a week for the dvds to be ready. I havta check with le hubs if we wanna collect the album first or wait for everything to be done. It depends on how excited we are. =.=

We will be meeting Esa Wedding Gallery this Sunday for our final photoshoot in JB. Hopefully that it doesn’t rain heavily as it did last month.

Anyways we had a proper date out yesterday and little did we realized that we have been married for a month! Itu pun kat atas motor and we wished a happy one month at the same time. Haha!

It was our virgin trip to seoul garden and I can foresee us making our trip there again soon!

Insya Allah if Allah permits we will making a trip elsewhere for another break from reality. Tengok ler macam mana. Macam2 tempat nak go. Heh~

On the side note, I get excited whenever we walk in Harvey Norman at the home appliances section. “feeling-feeling da ade rumah sendiri”

Cepat laa next year!!!

If anyone could remember I actually promised that I will share with you which hotel my husband booked for our first staycay together. Please take note that it’s a messy room as I was too excited when I saw the room that I forgot to take pictures before I messed it up.

It was a Monday afternoon on 8th September 2014, as both of us were worn out after our two days wedding event we woke up late that Monday. I almost told my husband that I wanted to just stay home and not go to the hotel. Yes, I was that tired and I knew that he was too.

We had to return our bridal outfits and wedding trays either by Monday or latest Tuesday. As were in the midst of planning his father offered us to use his car to return the items and we said that we will be back at night to return the car and come back to the hotel by bike (which didn’t happened, we went back the next morning. HAHA!)

We went out around 2pm if I recalled correctly and that was the check in time for the hotel. Since we are in Singapore, we don’t really mind what time we checked in. Drove down to Yew Tee and returned the items. The Mak Andam told me to accept her “friend request” on fb so that she could tag me. Dalam hatiku, buat apa? Tak kesah laa tag ke tak, da laa kasik service like shit. Ade hati nak sebok-sebok. I actually deleted her off on Sunday night. The only reason as to why I added her was so that I can track how frequent she updates and that she doesn’t suddenly disappear. If any of you were to see the video she posted about feedbacks please note that I was forced into it. Everything I said was what she wanted me to say just cos it was done on a Saturday and I didn’t want any pressure or stress on Sunday. Ye laa, you never know what she is gonna do on Sunday if I were to say shit right? Actually after I saw that she posted that video I felt like I have degraded myself which was comparable to human feces. Bahhh~

Went for late lunch at Lot 1 and proceeded down to the hotel. I almost fell asleep in the car. =.= But I felt bad so I talked to le hubs.

We were from Choa Chu Kang and we were heading down to Joo Chiat Area. Yes that far, we at least to me. Dengan perut kenyang, air con kat muka dengan shades ku. Tak ke nantok?

We were heading down to 305 Joo Chiat Road and the boutique hotel name is Venue Hotel. We took the Premier Room as we wanted to know how it feels like having a tub in the room itself! HAHAHA!

We reached around 4pm plus if I’m not wrong and since I am too lazy to type any further details, I shall feed you with my super unskillful and unedited photos! Heh~ I lazy laa nowadays cos got husband and I spend more time with him.
