This 45 minute Bridal workout will get your heart pumping, body moving and muscles toning…and get you looking totally gorgeous for the big day.
If you’re new to exercise, go slow – we don’t want any injuries! Try one set of each exercise for starters (So 10 squats, 10 lunges etc.). As you get into it (and you will), increase your routine to three sets of ten repetitions, as per the plan.
